- How to shop? Orders can be placed at any time using the online store or by calling during working hours at 67542223. Order processing takes place on weekdays from 08:30-17:30 (until 17:00 on Fridays). Orders placed outside our working hours will be processed on the next working day. If your selected item is unavailable, we will inform you of when they become available.
- Can I register as a non-legal entity? Yes, of course, both individuals and legal entities can register on Energolukss.lv online store! Go to registration.
- Do price calculations include VAT? Yes, according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, all prices include VAT (since July 1, 2012, at 21%). Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product.
- Is registration mandatory to make a purchase? Yes, to shop in our online store system, you need to register. Registered users also receive the latest information about special promotions and discounts. You can also order products by emailing info@energolukss.lv.
- How is product delivery arranged?
- After receiving the order, our customer service specialist will contact you to determine the possible method of receiving the goods:
- At our office at Ulbrokas street 46 k-2, Riga – free of charge;
- through a courier service – fee-based service;
Notes:
- Product delivery to your chosen location will only be made after receiving 100% advance payment into our designated bank account;
- Courier delivery costs will be added to your advance payment invoice.
How to pay?
Payment for purchased goods can be made:
- in cash or by card at the Energolukss office upon receipt of goods;
- by bank transfer.
